If enquiring about making a booking, please first check the Availability Calendar to see if the dates you require are available and then contact us to confirm that availability and the price.
Once we've confirmed that your dates are available, we will reserve those dates for you for 7 days and send you our payment details, along with directions on how to find us. You will need to pay a 25% deposit within those 7 days in order to complete the booking.
Payment can be made directly to one of our UK or Spanish bank accounts, or via most credit/debit cards. Please click on this How To Pay link for more detailed information on what forms of payment we accept, and when/how to pay us once a booking is confirmed.
Please note that, on arrival, a €150 refundable deposit is required, in cash. This deposit encourages guests to look after the fixtures/fittings and ensures the return of the house keys at the end of their stay! This breakages deposit can be in any currency but must be in cash - we cannot process credit/debit cards onsite. If guests give us 5 minutes to check the villa at the end of their stay this deposit will be refunded then. Otherwise it will be returned the following day via a mutually agreed method - by post (as a cheque); via a direct payment into your bank account; or via PayPal if you prefer.
