The area surrounding the pool is completely private so naturism/nudist sunbathing and nude swimming are allowed.
The clothing-optional swimming pool is 10 metres long by 4 metres wide (33 feet x 13 feet), so there's plenty of space to have a swim or just relax on a lilo. The pool is solar heated, so it is a nice temperature from June through to the end of September.
At one end of the pool is a large pergola, which provides shade from the hot summer sun.
There is extensive terracing around the pool area, with chairs,
sun-loungers and mattresses positioned in both sunny and shaded areas. A couple of lilos (airbeds) are also provided, which you can use in the pool or to relax on away from the pool. There are other terraced
areas in our extensive gardens where you can sunbathe, read a book in the shade or simply enjoy
the views and listen to the tinkling bells of the local goat herd!
The other great feature about the pool is that it is purified by
the use of a very weak salt solution, rather than by adding high concentrations of harmful chemicals like chlorine. The concentration of the salt is just 0.4 percent - about the same as that produced by your tearducts, as opposed to the 4 percent found in the sea.
Purification using this method is just as effective as adding chlorine to a pool, but it's not
only less harmful to the environment than chlorine, it's also
much easier on your eyes and your skin.
