The swimming pool is 10 metres long by 4 metres wide (33 feet x 13 feet), so there's plenty of space to have a swim or just relax on a lilo.
The area surrounding the pool is completely private. The pool is solar heated, so it is a nice temperature from the end of May through to the beginning of October.
At one end of the pool is a large pergola, which provides shade from the hot summer sun. There is also an outside, solar heated shower.
There is extensive terracing around the pool area, with chairs, sun-loungers and mattresses positioned in both sunny and shaded areas. There are other terraced areas in our extensive gardens where you can sunbathe, read a book in the shade or simply enjoy the views and listen to the tinkling bells of the local goat herd!
The other great feature about the pool is that the water is purified electronically, rather than by adding high concentrations of harmful chemicals. Purification using this method is just as effective as adding chlorine to a pool, but it's not only less harmful to the environment than chlorine, it's also much easier on your eyes and your skin.
