This spacious 2 bedroom/4 person self catering vacation villa near Malaga has been lovingly restored and outfitted to a high standard.

You can enlarge all the photos on this page by clicking on them. As with all the accommodation in Los Curriches, this 2 bedroom villa benefits from tiled floors and double glazing. A wi-fi internet connection is available in the villa. For your safety, the villa is fitted with a smoke alarm, a Carbon Monoxide alarm and a gas alarm. There is also a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. Outside the villa, there is ample car parking.

On the ground floor is a large lounge with two leather sofas; CD player; TV; DVD player; satellite receiver (showing UK Free-to-air channels: BBC1-4, ITV1-4, Channel4/E4/More4, Sky News, and numerous other music and entertainment channels). A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games is also provided in the villa. Double doors lead from the lounge onto a private patio area.

Also on the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen with plenty of worktop space. The dining table will comfortably seat 4 people. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, with separate freezer compartment; gas oven and hob; microwave; kettle; cafétiere; and a toaster.

The villa has a ground floor bathroom, with a full size bath and a thermostatically controlled power shower, and a first floor ensuite shower room to the master bedroom, with a double-width thermostatically controlled power shower. For most of the year, the hot water for the villa is provided by solar panels on the roof, so there is always plenty of hot water available.

On the first floor, the ensuite master bedroom has a double bed with high quality mattress, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. From the bed, there are views over our land and right across to the mountains on the other side of the valley.

The 2nd bedroom is also on the first floor. It has a double bed and a single bed, again with high quality mattresses, and a fan. There is also a hairdryer.

There is a very private patio area with a table and 4 chairs. A further patio area has 2 sunbeds and great views over our land and to the mountains. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

There is an Information Pack with details about Los Curriches; shops and restaurants; suggested walks, bike rides and drives; and brochures for places to visit, amusements parks, etc. If you are staying at Los Curriches in the winter, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge (we supply free firewood) and three 3kW heaters which are ample to keep the house warm.
